First Day of School 2006-2007 School Year

Lauren enjoyed her first day of Kindergarten. She was happy to see her neighbor and a friend from church in her class. She said "all" the kids wanted her to push them on the tire swing. She quoted them as saying "I want her to push me." She came home giggling about that....Who knew she had such a good arm? Having three brothers must be paying off. Her teacher said she was a big help....helping the kids who were uneasy feel more comfortable.

Parker was excited to go back to school and she his friends. He started second grade with the same teacher he had for kindergarten. He is a wonderful teacher. Parker loved music class. The new music teacher let him play the drums. So, Parker came home talking all about that.

Lowden began third grade with one of his favorite teachers. There are many nice kids and a friend from our neighborhood in his class this year. He also enjoyed playing the drums in music class.

I'm happy they are keeping busy. It's an exciting time of year!
