More Baseball
Until an angel named Lane decided to be Bennett's follow-around friend. (Lane is the brother of one of Parker's friends.)
Bennett likes him so much that he wanted to go home with him...sorry Bennett you are stuck with us.
The angelic choir was heard this week when Dad brought home an Oregon Duck football with 60 football signatures on it. There is a guy from church who is a player on the team and he got the football signed at the Spring Game last Saturday since it was for a Little League fundraiser. Good news is they got to hold the football for a little while. Bad news is it will be auctioned off next Saturday.
Lowden had his first track meet this week. He got a third place ribbon for running in the 100 meters. Go Lowden Go!
On Saturday, Lowden attended the Oregon Writing Festival at Portland State University with 10 other kids from his school. He was selected because of his near TAG (Talented and Gifted) status. He had a great time. I will the story he wrote for it in a different post.
Lauren had a quieter week this week. She watched a lot of baseball games and the track meet with us. And did her normal stuff...school, dance, and piano.
